Community fridges, cupboards or stores are being used more and more throughout Great Britain. The set up is usually fairly similar across all of them but they are being utilized in a large variety of ways. Some focus solely on food, others may be for books, toys or in some cases flower seeds and plants. Some are fully accessible, others have restricted opening hours. Some allow for private donations, whilst others collect large donations from shops to save items from going to landfill. They are usually open to the public for people to come along and take what they need, usually for free, although some may accept donations.

The idea of a local community fridge/cupboard has been mentioned in Abbotswood by various people, so we would like to investigate the need further. In order to help us understand the community needs and opinions better please answer the following as honestly as possible.
